We aim to deliver all items within the delivery times specified! Unfortunately, Stock can sometimes create a delay.

Please Note: Somafix will not be held liable for any late delivery due to circumstances out of our control. This includes but is not limited to adverse weather, driver illness, lost items, or damaged items.

If for any reason you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will then attempt a second delivery free of charge, after this the customer may arrange for this with the courier to be delivered at a more convenient time/date, please note this may incur an extra charge.

If the courier is not contacted after a card has been left the item will be returned to our warehouse. In these rare circumstances the delivery costs incurred by Somafix will be charged to your account £15.00 (return to sender fee).
